BT Related Programs:
General Info
There's a few programs out there for BitTorrent that aren't clients but should be mentioned. These do things like give you expanded stats about a torrent file, or create torrent files themselves. If you are looking for a BitTorrent Client check the clients page.
Torrent Spy
Back when there was just the original client this program was slightly more useful than it may be now. Basically it lets you see a bunch of info on a torrent (# seeders, # downloaders, etc.) Now this type of thing is built into most of the clients out there, and some websites even show similar info for all their torrents. Anyway - here it is if you want to mess with it.
Complete Dir
Basically this program lets you create torrent files under windows. Enter the directory with all your files, a tracker, and let it create your torrent file. I can't seem to find much documentation on it - but I believe it is originally by Bram Cohen.
Make Torrent
This is a more advanced torrent creator, by kRYPT (the guy who does Burst!). Has two different interfaces - classic and simple. It also has a few additional features over Make Torrent - like the ability to use multiple/backup trackers.
