All General Viewers

By viewing this site and reading information on it you are agreeing that you understand the following:

1) Many things available for download on file sharing networks, including BitTorrent, may infringe on copyrights. It is entirely your responsibility to determine if this is the case with what you wish to download. Do not download copyrighted files unless you can prove you own them and/or are willing to take the chance of being prosecuted.

2) You can not download any copyrighted files of any kind from this server. There are no torrent files here, no direct links to them, and no regular files besides simple web content for that matter.

3) It may be possible to log IP's of those who attempt to download a file with BitTorrent. This means the MPAA, RIAA, or whoever could potentially log IPs of users, get names from their Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and prosecute those people. Similar measures have been taken on other networks when they became the leader in p2p, and now that BitTorrent is one of the big boys the MPAA will be Link to External Sitetaking notice.

Webmasters

Want to link to this site? Go right ahead - I have plenty of bandwidth right now. But please do not make it appear that it is part of your site by using frames or that type of thing. Just use your head, and only claim the stuff you actually made. It takes time to do stuff like this - and I could be off having a drink or something rather than helping out people like you.

If you run a similar site and get ideas from mine thats fine... but do not copy entire sections of text or code. I don't care if you use general ideas... much of this stuff is general knowledge for internet junkies anyway. But be sure to come up with the text and code yourself.

In short - you can link to pages and create similar sites, but don't steal my work or make it too close. It takes time to create a site and fix all the typos and such.

If you see someone abusing this please tell me about it (or if you are creating a site and are unsure about something).
