Want a FREE 20GB iPod?

Here's how to get one!

I usually don't do this kind of thing, but this thing has been around a while and is actually a real legitimate offer. See articles like those at Link to External Sitegeek.com, Link to External Sitewired.com and Link to External SiteBBC if you think its all a hoax. You can get yourself a 20GB iPod, which retails at around $300. You don't even pay shipping - it just shows up for you. Here's how to do it.

Step One: Register an account using a referral link. More Info.
Step Two: Complete one offer. More Info.
Step Three: Get three others to do the same. More Info.

Conga Line:
I have found the final step to be the hardest one for most people, including myself. So I am starting a conga line approach - this should help me and help you. Use one of the top referral links below, sign up, and complete an offer. Then email me with the following info: Whose link you used, a screen-name for yourself, and your referral link.

When I confirm that you did indeed complete an offer with the referral link you claim, I will add your name to the list. When the top person reaches five they are removed, and everyone moves up a spot. After I get my 5, the top people on the list will be listed at a time. Complete an offer now and be one of those top three!

Current List:
1) Link to External SiteBTHQ Webmaster - 0 Referrals Completed
2) Nobody - Complete an offer now to claim your spot here!
3) Nobody - Complete an offer now to claim your spot here!

Step One: Register an account and complete a short survey. Use one of the links at the top of the conga line list - this will help you complete step 3 later. The registration process just asks for stuff like your name and address. To avoid hassles only set up one account per household, credit card, or anything that might be flagged by their system. If you don't feel like honestly answering the survey questions you should be able to just click no on everything.

Step Two: After registering, the site will ask you to complete an online offer with a third party site. Please don't run away just yet. If you can't find an offer that is useful, look for one with a good cancellation policy. For example, Video Professor charges $6.95 for shipping. When you pay this fee they will mail you out some CDs, and you will complete this step for your free iPod. As long as you call Video Professor when it arrives, cancel the account, and return it within 10 days they will not charge you the regular fee. In fact, they claim to reimburse you for that shipping as well!

Even if you do have to pay a few dollars in the end for shipping or the first month of some offer or whatever, think of that as your first and only payment for your new iPod. An $8 fee for some other site might be less than the shipping alone if you were to buy a new iPod online. Or how about the local electronics store - tax could be several times that. How many people do you know who got an iPod for free, or only a few dollars?

Step Three: Use your referral link to invite five others. It helps to post links on your website or instant messenger buddy profiles, tell your friends and family via email, basically wherever you can. Your name should also appear at the top of the conga line at some point, but every little bit helps. The sooner you get 5 referrals the sooner you get your iPod and the sooner others get to the top of the list.

Note: Be sure to email me the link you used, a screen name, and your referral link if you want to be listed in the conga line. If you completed an offer and I can confirm this, your name will be added to the list.
